Due to the closure of The Kestrel Inn, Walkinstown, Wilsons Auctions are delighted to have been instructed to sell the remaining contents by Unreserved Public Online Auction.

This Auction will be hosted by Wilsons Auctions Dublin but assets are located offsite The Kestrel Inn, 157 Walkinstown Rd, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, D12 NN8A. 

Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit: €500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
  • Please note all Lots are subject to 23% VAT, this will say Commercial Plus VAT.
  • All Lots are subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus 23% VAT. Minimum Buyers Premium is €5 plus 23% VAT per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. 
  • Full Terms and Conditions are available online all purchasers have deemed to have read before bidding

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

  • ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
  • This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
  • Due To unforeseen circumstances Collections are Strictly Tuesday 9th July and Wednesday 10th July from 10am - 4pm by Pre Booked Appointment 24 hours in advance  - Last Collection Appointment 3pm. Please note they are 1 Hour Collection time Slots if you require more time than an hour please notify Lisa Luby or Elizabeth Ashe when making collection appointment. Please note all assets must be Collected by Wednesday 10th July or € 100 late collection fee will be added to your invoice. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times.
  • All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 9th July by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 50 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 

Collections Continued; 

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or Tools available onsite. Disconnection Charges are on some Lots this will only mean the asset will be disconnection from Water, Gas or Electricity dismantling and removing is solely on the Purchaser.  Please note there maybe assets have to be brought down or Upstairs. 

Important Note if applicable:  

RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.

Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
