Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request).

Buyers Premium:  All Lots are plus VAT @23% and subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Commission €20 plus VAT @23% per Lot. Unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

ONLINE PAYTMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.

This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. Collections start Wednesday 10th July until Friday 12th July from 10am - 3pm Only.

All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 10th July by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or man power and/or Tools available onsite.

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.

All assets must be removed from the premises by Friday 12th July by 3pm.
