• Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT and subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers Premium € 5 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 3rd May by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. This appointment must be booked 24 hours in advance of collection. Collections start Friday 3rd May from 10am - 5pm all assets must be removed by 5pm or € 50 per day Storage Fee Will be applied per asset. 
• Collections are Strictly by pre booked appointment 24 hours in advance only. No Exceptions.
• Items not removed from the premises by Friday 17th May will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates.

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or man power and/or Tools available onsite. 

Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
