• All lots will be subject to 30% Buyer Premium +VAT unless otherwise stated. 
• All lots are sold as seen, items are not tested 
• Please ensure that payment and collection are arranged no more than 3 days after the date of the sale.
• Care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, but no sale will be void by the inaccuracy of any description. The purchaser must satisfy themselves with the item prior to bidding.
• Lots described as Cage Lot, Unprocessed Cage, are cages containing a quantity of items that have been combined into one single Lot. They have not been described or imaged individually and because of this we offer no guarantee as to the quality, quantity, and value of items included within these Lots. Bidders acknowledge and accept this before purchasing. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstance.

Information regarding offsite Lots

All lots are to be collected on the 17th-18th July from Woodmill High School, Shields Road, Dunfermline, KY11 4ER or St Columbas High School, Woodmill Road, Dunfermline, KY11 4UN.  

THE SCHOOLS HAVE NO LIFTING EQUIPMENT AND CANNOT PROVIDE HELP WITH THE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. THE MINIMUM EQUIPMENT THAT A BUYER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE IS A PALLET TRUCK AND VEHICLE WITH TAIL LIFT.
