• Care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, but no sale will be void by the inaccuracy of any description. The purchaser must satisfy themselves with the item prior to bidding.

COLLECTION/DELIVERY GUIDELINES

• Online payment only; Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• Appointments required for more than 5 invoices; no walk-ins allowed.
• Items must be collected within 72 hours; uncollected items will be re-allocated to auction to cover storage costs. Storage fee: £5 per invoice per day.
• Wilsons Auctions will facilitate courier collections and can provide packing services at a cost to the customer. Please contact the office for prices.
• You will be notified when your items are packed and ready for courier collection. Please allow more than 48 hours after the auction has ended. Early courier arrivals will be refused.
• We require the Courier name & Invoice numbers that the Courier will be collecting. A label must also be provided for your boxes. Please email all correspondence to onlinecollections@wilsonsauctions.com
• Invoices cannot be added once collection is confirmed.
