Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection.
• Buyers Premium:  All Lots are plus VAT @23% and subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Commission €5 plus VAT @23% per Lot. Unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction All assets are not located at Wilsons Auctions until after the auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 19th March by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 50 plus VAT per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections Are Only by 48 hour pre-booked Appointment and are only On Monday 24th, Tuesday 25th & Wednesday 26th March from 11am - 3pm - there will be no collections after 3pm - No Exceptions or Late Collection fees of € 50 per asset per day will be charged. All assets must be removed by Wednesday 26th March 3pm.

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or man power and/or Tools available onsite. 

Items not removed from the premises by instructions above will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs or Transported to Dublin at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates.

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
