Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: €1000 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT & subject to 10% Buyers Premium plus VAT on individual assets up to € 1,000 & 5% plus VAT on individual assets over €1,001 unless stated otherwise.
• VAT is at 23%
• Full Terms and Conditions are available - All purchasers are deemed to have read prior to bidding.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 2nd July 2024 by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. This appointment must be booked 24 hours in advance of collection. Collections start Wednesday 3rd July until Tuesday 9th July 10am - 5pm each Day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday). No Exceptions
• Items not removed from the premises by Tuesday 9th July 5pm will be deemed abandoned, resold & the purchaser's deposit or monies paid forfeited against any cost Wilsons Auctions occurs or Transported to Dublin at a cost to the buyer. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these collection dates as there will be no further dates provided for collections.

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. 

Important Note if applicable:  

• RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.
• Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.

Courier Services

Please note if you are having your goods collected by a 3rd party courier service who require the goods to be wrapped and secured for transport prior to their collection please have this arranged, Wilsons Auctions staff will not prepare items for transport.
