Wilsons Auctions picks up South Dublin County Business Award

We picked up the Business Sustainability Award at South Dublin Chamber's recent Business Awards!

Wilsons Auctions, Ireland and UK’s largest independent auction company, has achieved the Business Sustainability Award at the recent South Dublin County Business Awards.

The awards evening, which took place at the Citywest Hotel and hosted by the South Dublin Chamber, was a celebration of all that is good within the business community in South Dublin County.

Wilsons Auctions received the Business Sustainability Award, which was sponsored by Google, in recognition of its significant growth over the past two years, creating opportunities to stay ahead of competitors and secure ongoing profitability.

Speaking of the award success, Wilsons Auctions Branch Manager Ricky Wilson said, “As a company based in the local area, we are delighted to have been awarded by the South Dublin Chamber in this year’s Business Awards and I would like to commend all of our dedicated staff for their contribution to the business over the years.

“Our Dublin branch provides the largest and busiest auction footprint in the Republic of Ireland, holding regular auctions and attracting large crowds due to the volume of unreserved stock sold on behalf of government and law enforcement agencies as well as trade and private buyers and sellers,” he added.
