Shanta’s Little Helpers!

Thanks to everyone's support, helping Shanta Lawlor's Christmas Appeal for local homeless charities in Dublin!

Back in November, Wilsons Auctions Dublin's Corporate Services/Offsite Auction Manager, Shanta Lawlor set up a collection bank in the branch, in the hope of making a small change to help those who are struggling to buy Christmas presents and small gifts this year. 

We would like to say a great big thank you to everyone who has helped Shanta in her mission and for their generosity, the collection bank is full! Bursting with lots of toys, clothing, tents and hygiene bags, the support received has been overwhelming. The gifts and donations have been packed up and will be delivered to the Dublin homeless charities just in time for Christmas, as they support struggling families and homeless children, men and women across the city, spreading some festive cheer to those in need.  

In a year that has been so difficult to so many people, it is very humbling to see how supportive and generous people can be for those less fortunate which really highlights the true spirit of Christmas.
