• Deposit: €500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Please note all Lots are subject to 23% VAT, this will say Commercial Plus VAT.
• All Lots are subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus 23% VAT. Minimum Buyers Premium is €10 plus 23% VAT per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. 
• Full Terms and Conditions are available online all purchasers have deemed to have read before bidding

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• Collections Thursday 12th December & Friday 13th December 10am - 4pm By Appointment. 
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 10th Decemberby 5pm - No Exceptions or € 100 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 

Collections Continued; 

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or Tools available onsite. 

Important Note if applicable:  

RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.

Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections, no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.
